These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and others who access the Service (“User(s),” or “you,” or “your”). By using the website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, including the Font License Terms which constitute a binding agreement with us, and also that you have read and acknowledge the collection and use of your information as set forth in our privacy policy. If you open an account on behalf of an organization or other entity, then “you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
Use of Our Service
Our Service allows for a “purchaser” to purchase licenses in accordance with the applicable license agreement to use fonts from inkstypia.com. References to “buying” or “purchasing” fonts means buying or purchasing licenses to those fonts. We offer different choices of licenses, and it is important that you carefully review the rights and restrictions of the font license that applies to the fonts before you purchase a license. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms.
Inkstypia Store gives you permission to make an account to make a purchase of the font licenses. You can notify Inkstypia Store of any unauthorized use or security breach. Inkstypia Store will not be liable for any damage, cost, loss, or expense caused by or in connection with any unauthorized use of your account.
Inkstypia Store offers trial versions of fonts for evaluation purposes, which are freely available for download. The trial fonts are intended solely for personal use and evaluation purposes. Any commercial utilization or usage providing economic benefits to users, as well as non-commercial usage reaching large-scale audiences, is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Downloadable Font Files
Accepted payment methods include Paypal and Direct Transfer to our Indonesian Bank Account. Upon completing the purchase, downloadable font files will be provided in the My Account Page and also sent by email.
For Direct Bank Transfer, please note that admin confirmation is required after payment. Our team will manually activate the font files download link upon receipt of payment confirmation or once the funds are cleared at our end. Orders without incoming funds or payment confirmation that exceed 60 days will be canceled.
You can access the font files download link in your My Account Page after activation, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you. If you encounter any issues with payment methods, download links, or font files, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us for assistance.
Intellectual Property and License Restrictions
All fonts provided by inkstypia.com remain the intellectual property of Inkstypia Store. By purchasing a font license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font software in accordance with the license agreement that applies to the font. You may not modify, alter, disassemble, or rename the font software. This applies also to the code inside the font files.
Furthermore, you are not allowed to redistribute or resell the font software in any form, either alone or as part of a package. You may not make the font software available for others to download, copy, or use in any way, whether for free or for payment, without obtaining the express written permission of Inkstypia Store.
Refund Policy
Refunds are solely granted at the discretion of Inkstypia Store and will be considered only for reasonable causes. Reasonable causes for refunds include errors with the font files or other technical issues related to font installation. Inkstypia Store is not obligated to issue refunds for mistakes made in font or font license selection. However, in the event that such mistakes occur, Inkstypia Store may, at its discretion, provide a resolution for the transaction. This resolution may include changing the mistaken license to the correct one or modifying the order to reflect the appropriate font license. Any resolution provided by Inkstypia Store shall be final and binding upon both parties. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Transaction Resolution
All parties share the responsibility for making sure that purchases facilitated by our service are satisfactory. Our Service hosts the resolution process for transactions when Buyers claim that their font files were not received, or the font files they received were different from what was described in the product listing. We may take a more active role in ensuring transaction problems are resolved; however, you understand that we are not obligated to do so. You agree to permit us to make a final decision on any disputes. We reserve the right to fix any processing errors we discover.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
